Reflecting influences from many genres, her vocals, original compositions and overall production sound reflect an intriguing blend of dance and house, with trance and techno overtones.
With early support for her music and songwriting skills plus encouragement from her family and friends along with artists such as Diane Charlemagne and Simply Red ex bass player, Sylvan Richardson Jnr, Slimmie continuously delves into experimenting with new genres and styles with each track release.

As the 1st UK artist to perform live in SecondLife, since 2005 she has been performing live online and promoting not only her own music but pioneering online music performances and supporting other musicians using 3D virtual platforms such as SecondLife, Reaction Grid, Twinity, Active Worlds and Club Cooee
Her Avatar name is Slim Warrior.
In 2011 she was the presenter and host on the show Amped Up aired and produced by MetaverseTV where she interviewed up and coming unsigned Talent
